Meet Jim Oliva
Jim started at Xerox corp. in 1979. He worked on many different
lines, from office copiers, and went on to large format
engineering drawing, color and micrographic copiers. In 1986,
he left Xerox to start his own repair company founded upon the
high customer satisfaction standards and strong technical
experience he brought from Xerox. He was always very
dedicated to his customer’s unique needs. He also worked
as a technical trainer, product technical specialist, and even
subcontracted to several other independents’ in the local area
specializing in hard to fix problems. Over the years, Jim has attended several local community colleges taking various computer classes as well as other mechanical areas. He even has an FAA aircraft mechanics license and has worked on the Boeing 747. “Copier repair is in my blood, I have been doing it since I was 19. I love the challenge, and helping people with their business. And I hope that you will give me a chance to help you too“.
